A La Carte

Maybe you are handy and don’t need help with maintenance, or maybe all you need is someone to take care of the yard? We do offer all of our residential and commercial services ala carte. You pick and choose the the services you need most!

SDPM offers full services snow removal including parking lot/driveway clearing, sidewalk clearing, salting as well as de-icing and roof snow removal as needed.
SDPM offer lawn-care and groundskeeping services as well as lakeshore services and dock/lift removal for lake properties. Through our sister company, Silver Dollar Construction, we can also offer landscaping upgrades and services.
SDPM will provide commercial and/or residential cleaning services including construction cleaning.
In Minnesota, things happen. SDPM offers restoration services should a basement flood, plumbing back up, or a storm cause damage.
Through various partnerships with subcontractors, SDPM can manage all of you repairs and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, etc.
SDPM builds on 40 years of restaurant operating experience to offer a range of restaurant related facility services.
SDPM’s founder was a school operator for 16 years. We offer full services school facility care and maintenance.
